RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

MADE-TO-ORDER GARMENTS
Our wish is for you to be 100% happy with your LaLaLea made-to-order garments, but as we are an Australian small, handmade business we are unable to offer refunds unless the garment is deemed to be faulty. 

Choosing handmade means you'll get a unique piece of clothing made just for you. Our time, care and attention to detail have been paid to create a beautiful, quality garment for you, and we want you to be totally happy.

We highly recommend you check the SIZE CHART within each particular garment listing on the website, before placing your order.

It's also a really good idea to double-check our finished garment measurements against your own body measurements, and also against a garment that you already own and wear. That'll help when it comes time for you to choose your best size in our range.

We understand that sometimes things aren't what you expected, and we're happy to adjust your garment if the sizing isn't quite right, but as our garments are made-to-order we cannot offer refunds... BUT we are more than happy to adjust your piece to fit, if we can. 

All you have to do is send back your item unworn and in original condition, and we'll cover the rest. Please contact us as soon as possible (within 7 days of receiving your item) at contact.lalalea@gmail.com to start the process. We'll give you our return address details, the postage costs are your responsibility.

The garment needs to be unworn (a quick try on is ok), unwashed and in original it's condition. We won't accept garments with any make-up stains.

READY-TO-WEAR GARMENTS
Unlike custom made orders, items in our Ready-to-Wear range have an exchange policy. We are more than happy to offer an exchange item, but only if your required size is in stock.

Please contact us at contact.lalalea@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your delivery, to start the exchange process - will will give you our return address details. Postage costs are your responsibility.

We must receive your item within 14 days of you receiving your order. 

The item must be in new condition, unworn (a try-on is ok) and undamaged (we will not accept garments with make-up stains on them).

*We will pay for shipping costs to return your exchange item back to you.

If an exchange item is not available in your size, then we will happily offer you a Store Credit.

FAULTY PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

CHANGE OF MIND AND SALE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items where you change your mind, as well as items on sale.

BAGS & ACCESSORIES
We know you're going to love your new LaLaLea bag. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for change of mind, but please contact us if you consider your LaLaLea bag to be faulty.

For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns from our accessories range - headbands, scrunchies and earrings.

 

I know you will love your LaLaLea garments if you take the recommended steps to ensure you are purchasing the correct size. I am always available to answer your questions before you place your order.
